Performing Arts
"With all of the human darkness that we are surrounded by, and all that we bring upon ourselves, the fact that we can still be moved by beauty-- or by a moment of exquisite pain-- is the only hope we have. That dichotomy is what turns an artist on: the balance between the sacred and the profane."-- Julie Taymor

What can I say, I love Theatre. This was a development that surprised no one more than I. It was a chance encounter with the owner of a small community house which spurred my interest. I showed up one day with the intention of bringing a effects magic to a small production, and ended up playing a part in it. That was all it took, and I soon found myself working on several community and regional shows, and eventually hanging around the curtains on the great white way.

These days, I find myself on both sides of the curtain, either under the lights, or developing new ways to make them shine. My success in other fields allows me to be rather selective as to the projects I work on, and as such I tend to spend a good deal of time honing the art and attempting to take it in new directions each time I put pen to paper. My motto is that nothing is impossible, so long as one is willing to give it a try.

My acting resume is available here.
